While MASS KH serves individual athletes daily through our retail shop and website, the Partner Portal is a high velocity wholesale engine. To provide the deep discounts required for your business to thrive, we move inventory in full case packs (SKU blocks). This ensures freight efficiency and protects the factory direct pricing we pass on to you.

02. Do you offer consignment or credit terms?

No. To maintain our 100% genuine supply chain and immune pricing, our system operates on a 100% upfront capital allocation protocol. This locks your inventory at factory rates, protecting you from local market price spikes. MASS KH assumes all logistical risk from the USA to our hub, but the partner must commit the capital to activate the stream.

03. How is product authenticity and quality verified?

We founded MASS KH in 2017 to clean up a "wasteland" of inexperience unverified local dealers. We use the same secure chain for our retail customers as we do for our partners. By utilizing Stream C (Factory Direct), products move from USA manufacturers to our hub. 04. I am a retail customer; can I get these prices?

No. Partner pricing is exclusively reserved for verified business entities (Gyms, Pharmacies, Specialized Retailers) who meet our volume requirements and maintain climate controlled storage. Individual customers are encouraged to shop via our standard retail website or physical storefront.

From there, we manage the full import cycle in Cambodia, including documentation, duties, and regulatory compliance. We assume total responsibility for the journey. Your price is locked upon payment we absorb all fluctuations in export/import costs so your margins are never compromised.

06. What is the "Climate Defense" Protocol?
